What data we process

Your rights

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between Jadda Helpifyr and customers concerning digital services, support models, consulting, early access, technical enablement or other services offered through this website.

2. Subject matter

Depending on the offer, the contract may cover early access, digital product access, support, consulting, infrastructure-related services or technical enablement.

3. Contract formation

A contract is formed when we explicitly accept an offer, confirm a booking or when a paid order is successfully completed through our payment system.

4. Pricing and payment handling

Prices are shown in the stated currency. Payment processing, invoicing, tax handling and, where applicable, refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record. Paddle’s checkout terms also apply where relevant.

5. Service delivery

The scope of performance is defined by the respective offer description. We may reasonably develop or adapt services further, provided the essential contractual purpose is not materially undermined.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to the typically foreseeable damage.

Withdrawal information for consumers

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

For digital services and digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right may expire early once performance begins after the customer has expressly consented and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.

How to exercise the withdrawal right

To withdraw, send a clear statement to [email protected] or by post to the address listed in the imprint.

Consequences of withdrawal

If the withdrawal is effective, payments received will be refunded in line with statutory requirements. Where payment was processed via Paddle, the refund will also be processed through Paddle.

At the moment, the public website does not use marketing, tracking or analytics cookies.

We use browser local storage to remember the selected language setting.

Protected areas

Protected areas such as /admin/ are currently protected through Cloudflare and authentication mechanisms. Technical security and connection data may be processed where necessary for access control.

2. We review the request and, if eligible, initiate the refund through Paddle.

Full and partial refunds

Depending on the case, full or partial refunds may be granted. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Non-refundable or limited cases
